Fix Cracks in Poured Concrete the Easy Way

Step 1
Clean the crack and wall with a wire brush. Angle the brush into the crack to remove dirt or loose concrete.
Step 2
Dry damp spots on the wall with a heat gun or hair dryer. It must remain dry for at least 15 minutes.
Step 3
Using a small amount of sealer paste, secure ports over the crack at 12-in. intervals
Step 4
After the ports set, spread sealer paste 1/8 in. thick over the crack. Around ports, apply the paste slightly thicker.
Step 5
Remove the shipping tape. Then jerk the plunger up in quick motion to separate the mixing wheel from the foil barrier.
Step 6
Inject the liquid epoxy until it runs out of the port above. Then cap off the port you are injecting and move up the wall.
