3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
NORDIC PATCH is a pre-measured, high solids, acrylic modified polymer based compound. It provides high early strength with negligible shrinkage. NORDIC PATCH cures hard, yet not brittle, and bonds securely to all properly prepared concrete surfaces. NORDIC PATCH, being moisture insensitive can be applied to clean damp concrete surfaces. NORDIC PATCH, with its built-in flexibility, abrasion, and corrosion resistant properties, make it an excellent patching and resurfacing compound that can be feather edged to 1/16 thick.
NORDIC PATCH is designed for concrete repair on any low temperature surface such as freezers, coolers and holding boxes. NORDIC PATCH will set up arid cure in 60 minutes in temperatures above 32°F without the need to raise surface temperatures. No propane torches or heat lamps are necessary to accelerate the cure above 0 degrees. However, an external heat source may be required to accelerate the curing process when material is exposed to temperatures below 0 degrees. It is recommended to heat the surface temperature to reduce the possibility of delamination prior to application of NORDIC PATCH in temperatures below 32°F.

4. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Clean surface of loose aggregate, dirt, grease and other foreign matter.
- Surface temperature must be heated above 32F to ensure proper bond of polymer compound.
- Empty powdered material from mixing vessel onto a clean piece of cardboard.
- Pour liquid polymer into mixing vessel.
- Add aggregate mixture slowly, mixing constantly and trowel onto concrete surface.
- Repaired area may be open to traffic within one hour in temperatures above 32F.
- Clean tools with solvent or high grade lacquer thinner before NORDIC PATCH has set.
- NORDIC PATCH may require an external heat source to cure thoroughly in 1 hour when exposed to temperatures below 32F
