3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYBAC #1104-LPL is a low viscosity, 100% solids structural epoxy specifically formulated to bond plastic concrete to hardened concrete.

POLYBAC #1104-LPL is moisture insensitive and will not shrink during or after cure. This two component adhesive can be applied by roller, brush or by spraying.

ADVANTAGES: POLYBACK #1104-LPL contains unique wetting agents which penetrate the pores of hardened concrete to produce a superior bond. Exhibits a long pot life (LPL) and remains tacky for up to 24 hours at 70°F.

APPLICATIONS: POLYBAC #1104-LPL is ideal for large projects where the boding agent must remain tacky during the entire concrete pour.

4. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

Surface should be prepared by using conventional cleaning methods such as shot blasting, acid etching, disc grinding, sandblasting or power washing. The surface to be covered should be free of loose materials, paints, sealants or oils.
Blend 1 part A(Resin) to 1 part B (Hardener) by volume. Mix with low speed drill until uniform in color. Maintain ingredients above 50° F.
Apply with brush, roller or by spraying. If non-skid coating is desired, broadcast silica sand onto POLYBAC#1104.
For best results, apply epoxy mortar (POLYBAC #1111) within 24 hours @ 70°F after applying POLYBAC #1104.
Aggregate may be added to achieve epoxy mortar.
