3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYBAC LOW MODULUS #1191 is a 100% solids, two component, moisture insensitive epoxies designed for stresses of impact and thermal variations in concrete patching and resurfacing. POLYBAC LOW MODS are formulated to bond to concrete, steel and timber providing a high strength, structurally sound patch.
POLYBAC #1191 can be used as a flexible binder which provides elasticity in moving substrates. The flexible binder has the ability to handle severe stresses to compensate movement in concrete structures. POLYBAC #1191 exhibits excellent adhesion to various substrates and can also be utilized as a mortar or overlay for resurfacing by adding aggregate to the epoxy mixture. POLYBAC #1191 meets criteria for ASTM C-881,Type II & III, Grade 2, Class B & C.
