3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYJECT #1001-EHV is a 100% solids, two component, moisture insensitive, extra high viscosity epoxy gel designed to permanently restore structural and design strength to cracked concrete structures. Unique wetting properties allow maximum penetration into cracks as thin as .025.
POLYJECT #1001-EHV can be used on wet or dry surfaces as well as underwater. It exhibits the ability to push away water to seal cracks in basement walls, thus preventing air and water leaks.
ADDITIONAL USES: Repair cracked basement floors, concrete ceilings, wood beams, parking garage decks, bridge supports, underwater piers, exterior slabs, grain elevators, etc. Available: Standard pot life, long pot life, fast set.

4. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix 2 parts A (Resin) to 1 part B (Hardener) by volume. Avoid mixing more than 1/2 gallon at a time.
- Utilize a slow speed drill with a mixing paddle for 1-2 minutes or until uniform in color. Do not exceed mixing over 3 minutes.
- Maintain ingredients above 50° F for optimum results. Unmixed material may crystallize if exposed to temperatures below 50° F.
