3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
SINMAST #303 is a high performance industrial epoxy grout system designed to provide durability and high-strengths in easy to use kit packaging. SINMAST #303 will provide the ultimate solution for heavy-duty industrial grouting applications.
Sinmast Mortar and Grout Redi-Mix units are furnished in ¼ and ½ cubic foot units which contain all materials required to complete a standard mortar and grout formulation. After thorough blending of all materials furnished (epoxy resin, hardener, graded aggregate), material is ready to be placed with standard hand tools. Redi-Mix units can be used to make repairs to chuckholes, spalls, wide cracks or used as a topping to change the elevation of piers, machine pedestals or foundations. The material can also be used as an extremely strong, and fast curing grout system for anchoring or supporting machinery. The system has excellent resistance to calcium and sodium chloride and most known de-icing chemicals, road oils, gasoline, mild non-oxidizing acids and alkali products. The material has excellent abrasion resistance and non-skid properties.
