3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
GEMCOAT #1324 is a tough, durable, yet distinctively decorative coating used to protect walls and floors against corrosion and deterioration. GEMCOAT #1324 is a 100% solids, moisture insensitive epoxy coating formulated to cure at room temperature. Designed to withstand the wear caused by forklift and other industrial machinery, GEMCOAT #1324 is ideal for industrial plants, auto dealer repair shops, garage floors, etc. GEMCOAT #1324 provides outstanding resistance to moisture and many chemicals. GEMCOAT #1324 is available in light gray and tile red. Additional colors can be matched upon request.

4. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Surface should be prepared by using conventional cleaning methods such as shot blasting, acid etching, disc grinding, sandblasting or mechanical abrasion. The surface to be coated should be free of loose materials, paints, sealants or oils. Use #20 solvent to remove oils and dirt.
- Blend 4 parts A (Resin) to 1 part B (Hardener). Mix with low speed drill until uniform color appears. DO NOT ADD SOLVENTS! Do not exceed mixing over 3 minutes.
- Apply to prepared surface with brush, short nap roller, squeegee or airless sprayer. Maintain temperature of material above 50°F. GEMCOAT #1324 can be applied with a trowel, squeegee or putty knife. Do not apply to wet/damp surfaces. Do not apply in humid conditions.
- Allow 8 hours @ 75° F for light foot traffic. Clean tools with #20 solvent for best results.
