3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYBAC #1319 ULTRA is a water-clear epoxy coating specially formulated for use as a top-coat in quartz broadcast seamless flooring applications to provide the ultimate in gloss and appearance. POLYBAC #1319 ULTRA is an easy to mix 2 to 1 by volume ratio. POLYBAC #1319 ULTRA is ideal for top-coat finishes that demand the clearest high-gloss finish epoxy coating available. POLYBAC #1319 ULTRA is resistant to water spotting and most chemicals and solvents. POLYBAC #1319 ULTRA can be pigmented for color coating of surfaces.

4. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- POLYBAC #1319 ULTRA can be applied by squeegee, brush, roller or spraying.
- Clean surface by shotblasting or sanding to provide clean and open surface.
- Thoroughly mix measured amounts of 2 parts of Part-A Resin with 1 part of Part-B Hardener by volume until streak free. Scrape side and bottom of pail frequently during mixing to insure a good mix. Mix only enough that can be applied in 45 minutes.
- 4) Spread mixed epoxy with squeegee and back roll with a 3/8 nap roller until spread evenly onto the surface. Back-roll two times in a perpendicular directions and take care to avoid puddles or "dry spots" for best results

Packaging POLYBAC #1319 ULTRA is available in 2 kit sizes:
3 Gallon Kits and 15 Gallon Kits.
Shelf Life Factory sealed containers of this product are guaranteed to be of first quality for min. 24 months.
Limitations Not for use on contaminated or oily surfaces.
Do not install when surface temperature is below 60°F (7°C) or above 85°F (32°C).
During damp and/or cool conditions epoxy will cure slower and protect finished work from traffic until fully cured.
Cautions
- Wear chemical goggles and NIOSH approved respirator. Wear proper protective clothing and gloves to prevent direct contact of resins. Consult Material Safety Data Sheet for full listing protective requirements.
- POLYBAC #1319 ULTRA may irritate eyes and skin. Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin.
