3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYBAC® #300 Crusher Backing is a 100% solids epoxy resin system. It is a safe, convenient and economical way to back metal surfaces in all types of crushers and grinding mills. No special equipment or training is required. It is specially formulated to reduce hard pack settling over an extended period of time.
Safe- Eliminates the need for melting and handling of hazardous molten metal. Non-flammable material provides safe working conditions for employees.
Convenient - Ready to use. Just mix and pour. POLYBAC #300 is mixed in its own plastic container to a uniform color and is ready to use. Smooth consistency allows for easy pouring.
Economical - Insures complete backing over 100% of a surface by eliminating gaps that weaken and shorten liner life in crushers and mills. Provides positive backing upon cure without expensive heating of metals. Unmixed material stays ready to use in storage until needed. POLYBAC #300 is the low cost way to back crushers.
