3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYGEM® #301 Super Impact Crusher Backing was specifically developed for use in large primary gyratory crushers and larger cone crushers where severe duty is experienced.
POLYBAC® #301 has nearly three times the impact resistance than ordinary crusher backing, while exhibiting a combination of high compressive and tensile strengths with safety, convenience and economy.
Safe - Eliminates the need for melting and handling of hazardous molten metal. Non-flammable material provides safe working conditions for applicators.
Convenient - Just mix and pour! POLYBAC® #301 is mixed in its own plastic container to a uniform color and is ready to use. Smooth consistency allows for easy pouring.
Economical - Insures complete backing over 100% of a surface by eliminating gaps that weaken and shorten liner life in gyratory crusher and cone crushers. Provides positive backing upon cure without expensive heating of metals. Unmixed material stays ready to use in storage until needed. POLYBAC #301 is the low cost way to back crushers.
