3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYBAC #3O4 is a 100% solids, steel filled epoxy compound. The cured material can be drilled, tapped and filed like metal.
POLYBAC #304 is non-sag and capable of being applied on a vertical or overhead surface. Common applications include repairing blow-holes in steel, repair of broken metal perk bonding metal surfaces etc. Adhesion is excellent to steel, ceramic, concrete and most porous surfaces. POLYBAC #304 cures at room temperature, thus requiring no heat.

4. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Sandblast or scarify surface to eliminate all surface scale, rust and unclean matter. Wipe with a clean cloth, soaked with #20 solvent. For temperatures below 40°F, preheat substrate if possible to insure proper curing.
- Mix entire kit or 4 parts resin to 1 part hardener on a separate board until uniform in color.
- Apply mixed material to clean substrate. Smooth with trowel dipped in #20 solvent.
- Allow 10 hours to cure prior to placing back into operation.
