3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYBAC #307 is a general purpose non-corrosive tile adhesive formulated specifically for maintenance repairs. It exhibits excellent adhesion to any two porous surfaces. The 100% solids epoxy exhibits a non-sag characteristic capable of being applied horizontally, vertically and overhead.

Typical applications include bonding various clean metals to each other such as wood, fiberglass, concrete, ceramic tile, pump casings, etc. POLYBAC #307 is a flexibilized system, therefore exhibiting excellent shock and impact resistance.


4. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Prepare surfaceto be bonded by sandblasting or scarifying to eliminate all surface scale, rust and unclean matter. Wipe with a clean cloth, soaked in POLYBAC #20 Solvent. Do not apply adhesive onto substrate that is below 50°F.
  2. Mix 1 part B (Hardener) to 1 part A (Resin) on a separate board until uniform in color.
  3. Apply mixed components to surface of tile and surface to be bonded. Press tile onto substrate to evacuate air.
  4. Do not move tile after 90 minutes or after initial cure.
