3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYBAC® #308 is a fast cure epoxy grouting material consisting of 100% solids epoxy with no solvents to evaporate.

POLYBAC® #308 works best in applications where a thickness of ¼” to 1frac14;” of grout is required. The high strength polymer grout is self-leveling and cures at room temperature without shrinking. Additional applications include setting anchor bolts for machinery installation. The low viscosity and smooth consistency allow for easy pouring and trowelability.

4. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
  1. The area to be grouted must be cleaned with POLYBAC #20 Solvent to remove oils, dirt, rust and scale. Remove loose material prior to pouring the grout. New concrete must be sandblasted or scarified to insure proper adhesion. Prepare surfaces with grease/oil where bonding is not desired.
  2. Remove lid, plastic container labeled (hardener) and cardboard insert exposing resin. Mix resin with slow speed drill.
  3. Add contents of plastic container (hardener) to resin and mix until uniform in color or approximately 2 minutes. Do not exceed mixing over 3 minutes.
  4. Temperature of grouted area must be above 50° F to insure proper adhesion and curing characteristics.
  5. Pour mixed material in a layer equalling 1 inch. Allow to cure prior to pouring additional 1 inch layers.
  6. Let harden before machinery is placed into operation.
