3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
POLYBAC #580FS is a two component, 100% solids, fast setting, epoxy adhesive, formulated as a "fluffy" paste that is easily mixed and applied.
POLYBAC #580FS is an excellent bonding material for ceramic tile, brick, glass, metal, wood, concrete masonry tile and many plastic surfaces.
POLYBAC #580FS can be applied with temperatures being as low as 40°F and will cure very fast if ambient temperature is above 85°F. Mix only enough that can be used in 5 minutes.

4. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Prepare surf ace to be bonded by sandblasting or scarifying to eliminate all surface scale, rust and unclean matter. Wipe with a clean cloth, soaked with POLYBAC #20 Solvent. Do not apply adhesive onto substrate that is below 50°F without warming the surface first.
- Mix 1 part B (Hardener) to 1 part A (Resin) on a separate board until uniform in color. Do not exceed mixing over 1 minute.
- Apply mixed components to surface of tile and surface to be bonded. Press tile onto substrate to evacuate air.
- Do not move tile after 60 minutes or after initial cure.
