Original Zoopoxy Sculpting Hard Coat
307 Sculpting is a general purpose sculpturing putty formulated specifically for exhibit construction. The sculpturing putty exhibits excellent adhesion to any two porous surfaces. It is a 100% solids, two component epoxy capable of being applied horizontally or vertically without sagging.
Typical applications include bonding various clean metals to wood, fiberglass, concrete, gunite and each other. 307 Sculpting is aflexibilized system, therefore exhibiting excellent shock and impact resistance.
Mix equal Parts A and Part B by specified volume in a clean mixing pail. Mix the resins with a mixing trowel or paddle of slow-speed drill mixer. Mix the resin for 3 minutes and repeatedly scrape the sides and bottom of pail to ensure a thorough mix. Wear protective gloves, NIOSH approved respirator and splash-proof chemical goggles when mixing and applying all epoxy resins.
