Return, Refunds and Exchange Policy

RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be unopened and also be in the original packaging. Opened or missing cellophane wrappings are permitted.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and original purchase order number.

In special circumstances, partial returns may be allowed. Call (630) 231-5600 to inquire if you are eligible for a partial return after 30 days. Please be aware partial refunds will reflect a 20% late return charge to the original purchase price.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

• Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at this time.

If your refund is approved it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or with a Polygem, Inc. company check sent via U.S. mail within 2-3 business days of receipt of returned items.

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR REFUND

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item email at polygem@sbcglobal.net and send your exchange to: 1105 Carolina Drive, West Chicago, IL, 60185, United States.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Any products that are deemed defective are eligible for a full refund and shipping charges will be refunded as well. Please contact us at (630) 231-5600 to discuss this refund policy or e-mail us at polygem@sbcglobal.net.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery time of your exchanged product may vary based upon your location.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. Polygem cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
