POLYBAC #307 is a general purpose sculpturing putty formulated specifically for exhibit construction. The sculpturing putty exhibits excellent adhesion to any two porous surfaces. POLYBACŪ #307 is a 100% solids, two component epoxy capable of being applied horizontally or vertically without sagging.

Typical applications include bonding various clean metals to wood, fiberglass, concrete, gunite and each other. POLYBAC #307 is aflexibilized system, therefore exhibiting excellent shock and impact resistance.
PQLYBAC #307 is used to fabricate artificial trees, roots and rocks in natural habitats.
POLYBAC #307 can be used indoors or outdoors and has excellent resistance to animal urine.
POLYBAC #307-M has been specially formulated for overhead applications. It is a thicker version of #307 and retains similar properties. POLYBACŪ #307 and 307-M can be pigmented using epoxy pigments or dry pigments. The cured products may also be coated with epoxy or latex paints.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Surface must be free of oils, dirt, scale, paint or loose material. Remove unclean debris with #20 solvent prior to application of POLYBAC #307 or #307-M.
  2. Mix 1 part A (Resin) with 1 part B (Hardener) by volume on a separate board. Blend together with trowel until uniform in color. Mix small amounts at one time to avoid premature curing.
  3. Apply #307 to prepared surface and allow 6-8 hours to cure.
  4. Clean tools with #20 solvent.
  5. Refer to "Suggestions on Constructing Trees and Rocks" or call for technical assistance.
