E-Z CAST-FR - POLYGEM, Inc.

E-Z CAST-FR is a 100% solids casting epoxy system specially formulated for projects that require a fire-retardant polymer. E-Z CAST-FR will cure into an extremely durable plastic that is self-extinguishing and will not support an open flame. E-Z CAST-FR can be tinted or painted. E-Z CAST-FR bonds well to most surfaces including fiberglass, metal, wood and concrete. E-Z CAST-FR is solvent and isocyanate free.

E-Z CAST-FR is ideal for small or intricate detail castings where strength and durability are desired.

MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Mix 14 Parts A and 1 Part B by weight or 8 Parts A with 1 Part B by volume. Wearing protective gloves, mix the two parts together until streak free and uniform in color. Employ a vacuum chamber to insure a bubble free casting.
