NATIONAL AQUARIUM - BALTIMORE
ZOOPOXY fire-retardent CONGO-MIX was specified to texture a mudbank in the aquariums new Swamp exhibit. Traditional concrete mixes were proven to be too unstable and aggressive to the delicate pH balance required for such a fragile ecosystem. CONGO-MIX is not only nontoxic to marine life but plant life as well. Jolly Miller Landscapes is the contractor creating the mudbank and also using the CONGO-M1X to texture all of the required rocks and trees.

NEW E-Z FLEX FORMULA
The Leukemia ward at the Boston Children's Hospital created a rainforest atmosphere with murals and stuffed animals for the young cancer patients. The new E-Z Flex flexible epoxy, now available in both liquid and gel formulas, were utilized off site at a studio to create the vines required for the project. Upon finishing, the vines were coiled up and transported to the hospital ward for final installation,
JOHN G. SHEDD AQUARIUM - CHICAGO
Once again the Shedd Aquarium has turned to Polygem for their expertise in providing unique and custom formulated sculpturing epoxies to help replicate the exotic landscapes and marine environment of an Amazon Rainforest for their newest exhibit. This will be the 9th project at the Shedd that Zoopoxies have been utilized to help recreate their naturalistic marine environments. Jim Komar, the head exhibit designer at the Shedd Aquarium, prefers Zoopoxies for their texturing and nontoxic qualities.
