Kelly Whitney of the Jacksonville Zoological Society is proud to announce the opening of the Wild Florida Attraction "our exciting new exhibit that is home to alligators and other creatures. We used the #307 FR Lite to create trees, caves and mudbanks which provide a realistic and naturalistic setting so that visitors can enjoy viewing the animals in their native environments."

Children and parents alike are enjoying the interactive Hideaway Hollow exhibit created by the METROPARKS exhibit department. John Matayas Exhibits Coordinator said the ease of the 1:1 mix ratio and long working time of the #307 FR Lite facilitated the staff artists and legion of volunteers with their task of creating the large 32 foot diameter tree stump that gives visitors an insects view of life inside a forest tree stump. Live animal exhibits, soundscaping, puppet games, 2” acorns and a huge snail complete with slime trail, make the Hideaway Hollow a favorite stop."

Shanghai - China

#307 FR-Lite was chosen to create the 16 sixty foot tall trees for a massive indoor tropical rainforest exhibit. The state of the art project constructed the watering and HVAC systems and halogen lighting systems that would rotate out from inside the trees at night by automated control systems to provide the necessary light and moisture for the plants beneath the canopy.

ARMORSTONE is a brushable non-sag coating designed to provide excellent durability and impact resistance and is also sandable and paintable. ARMORSTONE is 100% solids epoxy and will not harm or dissolve foam surfaces.

E-Z CAST - Our "hard-as-nails" casting epoxy is now even "harder" and offer. faster set/de-mold times. The E-Z CAST casting epoxy is formulated to be stronger and more heat and impact resistant. The E-Z CAST has 0% shrinkage is ideal fo exact replication of props, statuary interactive displays, museum artifacts am anthropological specimens. The E-Z CAST is now available in neutral am technical gray colors and in 1 and 2 gallor kit packages.

NOVASIL #737 Silicone Rubber is strong and very flexible tin-based, two-par silicone rubber used for mold making NOVASIL #737 is also used fo embossing, texturing, pad printing, staml pads and electrical insulation.

According to Mary Brong the Exhibit Coordinator for the Saint Louis Zoological Gardens, "the NOVASIL #737 is very easy to use and gives outstanding results. We have used the NOVASIL #737 to make all of the molds for lodge poles we are creating for our new Hippopotamus exhibit."

NOVASIL #737-FS is our fast-setting silicone rubber that can be formulated to provide variable cure-times for specific mold making project requirements.

PE-204 is our workhorse Laminating and Tooling Polyester Resin system that is ideal for most casting and lay-up projects.

PE-351is a toughened polyester specially blended to reduce brittleness of typical polyester laminating resins.

PE-9O1-03 is a resin specially formulated for filled rotocasting applications and also offers low-exotherm that extends the life of rubber molds.
