To all our customers, vendors, colleagues and friends,

As of 5 pm  Saturday March 21, 2020 Illinois is in a mandatory Shelter in Place all non essential business must close and everyone must stay home to help flatted the curve of COVID-19.

Section L under the executive order is as follows:

Manufacture, distribution, and supply chain for critical products and industries. Manufacturing companies, distributors, and supply chain companies producing and supplying essential products and services in and for industries such as pharmaceutical, technology, biotechnology, healthcare, chemicals and sanitization, waste pickup and disposal, agriculture, food and beverage, transportation, energy, steel and steel products, petroleum and fuel, mining, construction, national defense, communications, as well as products used by other Essential Businesses and Operations.

Polygem is considered an essential business to keep manufacturing epoxy adhesives, compounds and coatings to serve the Mining Industry in the US and South America as well as construction, electronic and governmental end users.

During this time, effective immediately to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and families the new protocols will be as follows:

*Hours of operation will be 8:30am-3PM CT
*All deliveries of material will need appointment. Driver must go to south door of building to give paperwork.
*All pick ups for materials must be called in, provide payment over phone, and materials will be left in a designated location outside. No one will be allowed in the building.
*Any sales or technical information will be discussed via phone or email as any employee able to work from home will be available during business hours.


 We will advise you of any changes that will affect our current operational status as that information becomes available to us.   We thank you all for understanding and patience during this time.
